All UE’s can be frustrating, but The Excuse Maker is particularly challenging because nothing is ever his fault. From missed deadlines to half-baked work, it’s always due to bad instructions or lazy colleagues or faulty equipment or not enough time. This UE is willing to blame colleagues, clients, even you for his mistakes. It wouldn’t surprise you if the Excuse-Maker came in one day and told you that the dog ate his homework!
