The Authors

Anne Loehr and Jezra Kaye met in 2007, when they served as co-faculty members at a leadership training institute for university Vice Presidents. The two hit it off immediately, and vowed to someday work together on a major project.

That opportunity came when, on the success of Anne’s first book, A Manager’s Guide to Coaching, Anne was asked to write about coping with unruly employees.  She brought Jezra onboard to help, and the two of them went through the entire process of creating Managing the Unmanageable:  How to Motivate Even the Most Unruly Employee without ever once being in the same room — or even the same city!
